Always feel like when you place your order at the Drive thru and get up to the window The attendants just Rush and almost throw your food out the window-You have to quickly ask for sauce before they close the window on you and before you can look in your bags to make sure the order is all there.

The crew here was very gracious when I came back after leaving part of my order at the restaurant. The person at the window might not have told me more bags were on the way, and I just drove off. These things happen. The manager I spoke with displayed stellar leadership by taking full responsibility for the incident, instead of blaming his workers, which is more than can be said for management/staff at other nearby venues. I’ll be going here again, especially if I can order from the same team. Oh! And the food was perfect, better than previous experiences. I had a large order but they cranked it out fast.

It's hard to beat Wendy's for a great price you get a lot of food for not much money and it's pretty good quality as well definitely would recommend stopping by Wendy's for lunch for the big bag deal Great prices quality food would recommend

Has improved over the last few months. Prefer to get takeout versus eating in the dining area. Service is quick and more accurate than some other fast food places. Prices are very reasonable compared to others.

I’m not from Lynchburg but I visit Wendy’s in FarmVille and Blackstone frequently. I have to say, my chicken Asiago was perfect my fries were hot not warm, soft not soggy. Best tasting fries I have had between the 3 restaurants! Lady talking order and money has very good manners and was accommodating when I changed my order at the window. I will be back when I visit Lynchburg! Thank y’all for being so kind, quick, and accurate with our lunch today!

Our first time to this location & we were worried since the reviews aren't the best. We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff and their willingness to help. The tables weren't all cleaned, but a staff member did come out to do it a while later. We had a very large order, which was correctly placed. Things came out very staggered, though, and much was forgotten about. It all tasted good & we didn't mind going back to ask for the best. I wish they would keep the lids on the salads, though, because it doesn't feel very sanitary.

Good food, clean building, and kind staff! The cashier that we had today was SO sweet with my kids. She was very patient while I took a while to order for myself and my kids. She looked out for us and made sure we had water cups even though I forgot to ask for them. What a kind and thoughtful employee! We don't usually dine in because it's difficult by myself with the children, but we decided to today, and this employee really went above and beyond and made our outing so much more special! I wish I had gotten her name, but it slipped my mind. Thank you!! :)
